Your data is used solely to provide the Slated service, save your invoices, and respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your invoice data is stored securely via Supabase. You can delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Paddle (payment processing), Google (OAuth sign-in). Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not store card details.

5. Cookies

Slated uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

Terms of Service

1. What Slated Does

Slated is an online invoice generator for freelancers and independent professionals. The Free plan includes watermarked PDF downloads. Paid plans offer clean watermark-free downloads and a full dashboard.

2. Acceptable Use

You may only use Slated for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice information you enter. Slated is a tool only and is not responsible for disputes between you and your clients.

3. Paid Plans

$2.99 per clean PDF download, or $9/month Pro for unlimited clean downloads. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. All payments are processed securely by Paddle.

4. Disclaimer

Slated is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Slated is not a legal or accounting service and does not provide financial or legal advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slated shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Slated after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

Our Policy

In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, all purchases made through Slated are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. This applies to both one-time PDF downloads and monthly Pro subscriptions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact us at hello.slated@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund. We will process your request promptly.

Exceptions

Refunds requested after the 14-day period will not be accepted except in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors, which will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Cancellations

Cancel Pro anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused subscription time beyond the 14-day window.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
